2008.take over of National Bank of Greece a.d. Beograd by Vojvodjanska Banka a.d. Novi Sad. After the take over, the two banks operate in Serbia under the name «Vojvođanska banka akcionarsko društvo Novi Sad» (Vojvodjanska Banka, a joint stock company Novi Sad),
2006.

successful acquisition of 99.4% of the share capital of Vojvodanska Banka a.d. Novi Sad by National Bank of Greece Group. This acquisition of Vojvodjanska Banka, via a privatization process in which 11 European banks originally expressed interest, is considered the largest and most significant sale process of a state-controlled bank in Serbia to date.

2003.

The first domestic bank to introduce VISA Internet card The first chip transaction in Serbia performed on the Banks POS terminal.

The State became the majority owner of Vojvodjanska banka on the basis of the Law on the regulation of the relations between the FRY and companies and banks from the territory of the FRY that were the original debtors and guarantors towards the Paris Club and London Club of creditors and pursuant to the Law on the Settlement of FRY Public Debt based on Foreign Currency Savings.
The branches in Kragujevac, Jagodina and Pancevo were founded.

The only bank in the country to perform card processing operations according to international standards.

2001.
Vojvodjanska banka bought all  frozen foreign currency savings bonds put up for the first auction organized after 60 years on the Stock Exchange Acquisition of Užicka banka, Užice and Srpska razvojna Banka, Belgrade.
2000.
Vojvodjanska banka conducted the first secondary trade in shares in the FRY from the ownership transformation on the Belgrade Stock Exchange Renewed cooperation with VISA and EUROPAY Payment 2001 Systems.
1999.
The branch office in Kraljevo was founded.  Vobdil broker-dealer company, a subsidiary of Vojvodjanska banka, became operational.
1998.

The branch office in Banja Luka became an independent bank with the major equity share in private ownership. Vojvodjanska banka was the co-founder and shareholder of VB Banja Luka Together with Apatinska pivara brewery, Vojvodjanska banka founded Srpska razvojna banka a.d., Belgrade.

All preparations for the implementation of the Euro were finalized.

Vojvodjanska banka was the only bank in the country Authorized by the Ministry of Economic and Ownership Transformation for large companies capital evaluation.

The branch office in Niš was founded. The representative office in Budapest was founded.
1995.

Vojvodjanska banka d.d. became Vojvodjanska banka a.d. ( joint-stock company ). The Bank became the first bank in the FRY licensed
for securities operations.

The branch office in Banja Luka, Republika Srpska, was founded.

Through business arrangement with the World Bank and its affiliations, the Bank continued the realization of the loans granted by IFC, IBRD and the European Council Fund for Reintegration. The Bank also arranged new credit lines.
1989.
The Bank split up into 9 equal successors. Vojvodjanska banka d.d. had the Head Office and eight branches.
1987.
USD 50 million Loan Agreement was signed with the IFC for financing export oriented economy of Vojvodina.
1986.
Associate Bank realized 70% of the total foreign exchange operations of Vojvodinian economy.
1983.
The Bank was appointed as the Yugoslav coordinator for Swiss commodity loans.
1981. - 1983.
The Bank became a member of the Yugoslav Banking Consortium for the realization of the first loan granted by IFC for the development of small companies.
1979. - 1980.

The Bank opened three independent representative offices in New York, London and Frankfurt Joint representative offices established in Moscow, Beijing and Tehran.

The Bank became the founder of the mixed ownership banks: LHB Internationale Handelsbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Banque Franco Yugoslave, Paris and Anglo-Yugoslave, (LTD) London.

1978. - 1986.
The transformation of the Bank resulted in the intensive development of correspondent relations with 342 banks from 76 countries in Europe, North America, Asia, Africa and Australia.
1977.
The system of Vojvodjanska banka - Associate Bank was established. It consisted of Associate Bank with 17 main banks.
1975.
The cooperation with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development started by granting Vojvodjanska banka - Associate Bank the first General Yugoslav Loan for the
development of economy.
1973.
Privredna banka became Vojvodjanska banka, the largest banking institution in the province of Vojvodina and one of the largest in the country. It had 16 branches.
1971.
The Bank started developing correspondent and account relationships with foreign banks to perform foreign payment operations.
1969.
Vojvodjanska banka - Associate Bank participated in the International Investment Corporation for Yugoslavia, Luxembourg.
1968. - 1972.
Privredna banka was joined by Komercijalna banka Senta, Komercijalna banka Backa Topola, Sremska banka Sremska Mitrovica, Kreditna banka Kula and Kreditna banka Zrenjanin.
1967.

The Bank became authorized for foreign payment operations.

1966.

Privredna banka became investment bank and changed the name to Privredna banka Novi Sad.

1962.Vojvodjanska banka was founded as Privredna banka. 
1868.The first branch of Vojvodjanska banka was founded in the town of Sombor as a credit cooperative.
