Services

All joint stock companies and the companies that will become so organised in the course of privatisation are offered the following services:

  • Registration of the Book of Shares with the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House (assignment of CFI code and ISIN number, registration of securities in the accounts of issuers and securities owners).Corporate agent services (advising on the Shareholders’ Assembly, creation of uniform records of securities owners, payment of dividends and other services)
  • Distribution of securities (filing the request for issuance to the Securities Commission, payment of shares at the Bank's points of sale, registration of securities with the Central Securities Depositary and their inclusion in the organised market)
  • Preparation of the strategy together with the client for “friendly takeovers” and the protection from “hostile takeovers” by appearance in the organised market, share capital increase, takeover bids, sending the opinion of the Managing Board to the shareholders, offer for obtaining own shares and other activities
  • Preparation of the offer for the share takeover of the joint stock company to acquire minimum 25% of the voting shares

All our clients are offered additional services referring to the operations with securities in the financial market, such as

  • mediation in the trade in shares, government bonds (frozen foreign currency savings and the loan for the economic recovery of the Republic of Serbia)
  • mediation in the trade in treasury bills, short-term securities
  • market survey and other services

Vojvodjanska banka represents the clients in public auctions organised by the Privatisation Agency. The Bank provides foreign currency bonds issued by the Republic of Serbia as a possible means of payment in the auctions.
