Visa Gold
Visa Gold card is issued to the residents of the Republic of Serbia who:
- open RSD current account with Vojvodjanska banka
- open foreign currency account for payments abroad
- are classified as "Affluent" segment customers
The available amount for payments in the country equals the balance of the current account.
The cardholder is entitled to assign additional cards to persons she/he authorizes. The number of additional cards is not limited.
The card is issued for the period of 2 years. Upon the expiry of the validity period the card is re-issued with same validity period.Additional Services
While traveling abroad, the cardholder can use the Global Customer Assistance Service (GCAS) and report a lost or stolen card. The cardholders are offered the service of urgent replacement of the card as well as cash withdrawal in case the card is missing, lost or stolen anywhere in the world.
The operators are available round the clock.
Furthermore, the operators can provide the holder with the information about the closest VISA bank or VISA ATM, as well as all other information referring to the use of VISA gold card.
