Reporting of ethical violations
One of the goals of ethical regulations is to encourage voluntary monitoring of the prescribed conduct and to increase awareness and general acceptance of ethical regulations. In order to realise those goals, we find important to discuss and talk about ethical issues and cases within the Bank. In case of suspecting of ethical violation, our common interest is that the person in whom the suspicion was raised, that is, the person who detected the violation, should be the person who reports that violation. Ethical violations should be reported in the following way:
Reporting of the ethical violations may be made orally or in writing.
Oral reporting of ethical violation may be made:
- In person, during the business hours in the Compliance and Security Directorate;
- Between 8 and 16 o’clock from Monday to Friday, via the telephone for ethical issues (021 48 00 865).
Written reporting on the ethical violation may be sent:
- By post, to the address of the Compliance and Security of the Bank Directorate (Trg slobode 5, 21 000 Novi Sad).
